Clover Entertainment Group Venue Rental Agreement

Renter shall update owner not less than two weeks before the Date of Event of the final anticipated guest count.

If the event is due in less than a month the full amount of Venue Contract should be paid in full the day signing this contract. Otherwise the Renter shall pay 50% deposit of Base Rental Fee.

Clover Entertainment Group requires the renter to show proof of insurance before the event is due. Please agree that you have read this and understand that the Renter must provide proof of insurance.

Indemnification:

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold Owner (and Owner's officers, directors, agents, employees, owners, and contractors) harmless of, from, and with the respect to, any and all damages, costs, fees, liabilities, or expenses incurred or suffered by Owner due to personal injury associated with the Event or property damage caused to the Venue, or other breaches by Renter under this Agreement, except to the extent such damage, cost, fees, labilities, or expense is due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Owner.

Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation of a special event or wedding, all paymends made to date are non-refundable and all outstanding payments will be due immediately. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change or cancel a reservation. All cancellations or reservation changes must be made in writing. The guest is responsible for verifying that The Clover Entertainment Group LLC representative have received their cancellation letter. We cannont refund an advance payment for a canceled reservation unless the estate is re-rented for the entire period and prepayment has cleared. We will make every effort to re-book the venue; however, if it's not re-booked, y ou forfeit all money paid. If a cancellation is successfully re-rented, all of the rent, taxes and damage/security deposit will be refunded, less a $500 cancellation fee.

Other Terms and Provisions:

This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties herto with respect to the subject matter herof. Any amendment to this Agreement shall be in writing and signed by the parties. If any term or provision of this Agreement is deemed by a court of law to be unenforceable or void, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and such finding shall not impact the remaining terms and provision herein. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state in which the Venue is located.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to legally bound hereby, the undersigned execute this Agreement as of the Effective Date Mentioned Above.
